Hi All all and Jundo Roshi I was able to catch the Dharma Talk and about 20 min.! Sitting good for a guy why has had level 10 pain. I'm hopeful for a procedure that will bring pain down. Very happy about Sunday Sit even chanted closing chants looks like progress. Jundo such a beautiful Dharma Talk Tai Shi, Gassho sat today
