Roman, maybe let Shingen know what platform and browser you are using.

Something like this happened to me during the Rohatsu retreats, and in my case the solution was going to the youtube page to join there.
Entering the embedded video on the Treeleaf page did not work.
But that's quite some time ago, and Shingen's direct link should fix it.
