Many thanks for leading today's zazenkai and for your teaching. Thanks to everyone today for your practice.

Please forgive me for missing the ceremony, I would love to stay, but as I explained to Bion, I have an ongoing commitment.

It is totally fine to come just for the sittings or just one sitting. Thank you for coming and sitting together!

See you all tomorrow, for our weekly zazenkai, and then if you'd like to, a little chat during our tea house!

A reminder to you all, that this Sunday we will not have our usual weekly Zazenkai, the same way we will not have the Monthly zazenkai this week. We hope that, instead, we can all come together on Saturday, for our spring retreat. All the details about that are here: LINK
              Hope to see you there!

Bion I enjoyed your talk a lot, Bion. It was veeeery meaningful to me.

I'd like to make on of the writing -paintings I make to remind the teachings.

I was thinking writing something like "Take zazen off the cushion: don't do it small" But maybe I'd prefer to write a bit more, but not more than 6 lines.

I'd like to ask you a favour: how would summarise in 6 lines your talk?

Thanks so much. It will help me a lot.

Oh, thank you very much!! Summarize in 6 lines? Oh boy...

Since Zazen is enlightenment in practice, to take it off the cushion means to aim for enlightened action and mind as much as we are able to in all circumstances.
Do not make zazen small in your mind by limiting it to simple mindfulness, awareness or concentration and look deeply into it, to see the full realization of the Buddha way in it, beginning to end: the Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, the Precepts and the Bodhisattva Vows; all included, all realized, all complete, all flowing through and from each other.
Zazen is the proof and guarantee that it is fully within our ability to realize the Buddha Way off the cushion, so our responsibility is to just keep at it.

I think that sums it up... Does that work? Also, thank you for your presence today, throughout the day.
