    ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

                        Thank you for the lovely sit. I very much liked the talk today. The one thing that bubbled up for me is that sometimes the illumination, the learning, the insight lies in the in-between spaces. Just a goofy thought.
