Sunday Sit with Washin - January 19th, 2025

Hello everyone,

led by our Washin from Odessa, we'll continue sitting for peace in the Ukraine and around the world this coming Sunday.
As Treeleaf's 2025 Jukai ceremony is happening directly afterwards, the Zazen portion will be shortened to 30 minutes this time.

- Heart Sutra
- Zazen 30 minutes
- Verse of Atonement and the Four Vows

Thank you for doing this. I have many friends in Ukraine and was last there in 2019. Unfortunately, I have family obligations on Sundays, and am unable to attend.

That being said, I do zazen for Ukraine and pray for peace there daily.
