    ごめんなさい。I am Sorry.

    For it is as it is. Nothing more and nothing less.

    Riding upon a horse of good breed is that of the hell realm.

    Listening upon the good string is that of the hungry ghost.

    To this I sit as the pine, Upon the stone enveloped in the mind of emptiness.

    This is where I sleep upon my snow down futon.

    Thus I must say good night.

                  Very much so. I am very well just woke from a long rest, yesterday I went back to work drilling, so horseman can mean the mind, the heart, the emotions. Beauty of natural and of material.

                  I will explain after coffee. I am also of Nomadic stock Manchurian, Mongol and Native American, we use a lot of expressions.

                          ごめんなさい or I am sorry means I am sorry to ramble.

                          Rising upon a horse of good breed, why is this of hell realm??? Because it is filled with anger, this produces our mental hell. I use to be like that but I check myself every morning and every evening before Zazen, yet I see many people suffering from their own anger.

                          Listening upon the good string means our own greed for whatever creates the condition of thirst and you drink salt water, you become a hungry ghost now in this life.

                          So I prefer to take my place upon my simple stone as straight as a pine and enter Zazen.
