The 'kensho' experience, as described in three pillars, sounds almost like a shamanic initiation of sorts. An initiation into a certain type of experience with the goal of becoming a certain type of experiencer. If that's who you are...fine and dandy. But, I do have qualms about insisting that everyone experience in the same way. Today, I may not have any great 'kensho' - but..., tomorrow is another day...
