Even though each moment of our lives should be shared with the ones we love and even with the ones we may not ... it is nice to come together with family and friends over the holidays. =) I am in Saskatchewan visiting my daughter and our wonderful Joyo. Here is Joyo and I when we took a trip to Medicine Hat, Alberta ... being together, sharing, learning, and growing, for me this is what holidays and all days are about. =)

"Happy Holidays" sums it up nicely, I think. I wish peace, insight, mindfulness and awakening to all, during whatever holidays you celebrate. I'm especially looking forward to a very special sitting session on 12/31...I'm planning on timing my session so that I am in meditation as the new year is "born". I think of it as closing my eyes during an old year and opening them to new experiences and a new year.
