Sitting along in the Zen hall

    Hiya,

I just wondered how the whole Zen Hall thing goes. I just popped in and saw someone sitting and got a bit scared ops: and left.
Can I just come in at any time aslong as I'm quiet? Is it OK to just sit then scarper? Or is that a bit rude?

I'd hate to miss the opportunity of being able to sit along with people just because I'm a bit worried about the social rules!

    Cheers

Nothing to be scared of. No real social rules when it's just a couple of people. If you happen upon someone, or someones, already sitting, just sit with them. Simple.

There's the schedule too. You can check it for when someone is sitting so you won't come in the middle etc. No big deal.

When you enter make sure your mic is off though. If you want to check that out go to the meeting hall first.

    Have fun.

The whole reason I use the Zen hall is to sit with someone . . . so please join in whenever you want. Like, Will said, just turn the mic off and you will not disturb anyone.

Heh. Usually there's no one there when I enter but it is sometimes startling when someone is.
