Greetings from Kakunen (Mr. K.) now Training at Jyomanji
Dear All,
I pass on some greetings and news from "Mr. K." (now Kakunen), our regular sitter at the Saturday Zazenkai in Tsukuba. He undertook Ordination last year, and is now in Training at a Soto Zen Temple on the island of Shikoku here in Japan (I have never been to the temple, named 城満寺 Jyomanji, but I have to say from all he tells me that it seems like a very cool and welcoming place, trying to be open to folks from the local community with Yoga classes and musical events and such. Lovely.) ...

For member of Treeleaf.
Now I am Jyomanji at Tokushima pref, west Japan.
Jyomanji made by master Keizan, at his young age.
Jyomanji do not have Danka [regular parishioner families, so],everything donated by such like fun club of Buddhism and Master Keizan and Jyomanji.
I practice Zazen, chant, work, celemony and so on.I practice with some member ,from Japan ,USA,Brazil.
[Head] Monk Koya can speak English ,Chinese,Korean.
So I can practice well under international traditional temple.
Jinen [my original teacher at Annonji] allow me to go,this is wonderful and Muho [of Antaiji] and Jundo also support me.
I do practice here ,one is all.I concentrate one thing.
One is all ,all is one.
I think my practice will connect you and everything.
So I will keep on walking in my path.
I will share picture and web address.
Nine bows. Gassho.
