Lately I've found myself doing my evening sit at the same time everyday, which is around 10:30pm CEST (GMT+2 now). A bit late maybe for many, but that's when my home gets finally quiet
. On the other hand, it might as well be a a midday sit for people in America!
It will be a simple 40 sit, Monday to Thursday. I'm not including Fridays and weekends because my schedule is more chaotic.
Since it's become pretty regular and Ango is almost here, I've thought about sending Google Hangout invites to whoever might want to join me. Just send me a message with your G+ username or post it here and I'll be pleased to sit with you. I work shifts, so these will take place when I'm not working evenings (my boss is not so happy about me sitting Zazen instead of working
