Metta for Bangladesh, Turkey and Bagdhad Victims

Let is offer Metta and sit in Peace for the men, women and children killed Sunday in Bagdhad ...

ISIS said it targeted Shiites in pair of blasts that killed at least 115, including many children, as they broke their daylight fast for Ramadan

    ... in Turkey ...

Gunshots, screams and explosions pierced the air Tuesday as three terrorists armed with bombs and guns killed 36 people at Istanbul Ataturk Airport in Turkey.

... and for the international aid workers in Bagdhad ...

... and to all victims of war and violence everywhere.

May they be free of suffering, may they feel safe and still.
May they be free of enmity, may they be loving, generous and kind.
May they be healthy and at ease in all their ills.
May they be at peace, embracing all conditions of life.

Metta to all. May we all find peace in this craziness, even as we work, and hope to improve it.

Let us also chant for the police officers killed in Dallas, all those who die in the line of duty keeping us safe, all victims of hate, racism and divisive thought.
