Hello Adri, thank you for sharing your experience. To answer your question, yes I too have had similar experiences while sitting. However, I've also dealt with anxiety, panic attacks and major frustration (what am I doing this for???) while sitting so I tend to not hold on to any sitting experience too tightly. As Shingen said, when sad be sad, when happy just be happy =)
