Thank you for sharing the photos, Shokai. Wonderful moments.

I am a novice priest-in-training. Anything that I say must not be considered as teaching
and should be taken with a 'grain of salt'.
Thank you for taking some very nice pictures and for being so generous, Shokai. We were pretty tired when we got home from Sarnia. It should be a 3 hour drive but the traffic around Toronto adds another hour. I should point out one thing about the name. It is Bi- beauty Do-way. I believe it is the Do part that is the same as Do in Jundo.
So... yesterday Ordination, and today preparing a tax return and taking our dog to the vet. The toast and jam this morning tasted just the same as before too...
I very much appreciate the confidence that Jundo is showing in both Sekishi and I with this ordination. deep bows
Lovely photo's, an amazing day for sure and congratulations Daizen and to Sekishi, thanks for sharing Shokai, great garden too!

Here are some photos from the ceremony in Virginia. The practice space our local sitting group uses is not particularly large, so only a few regulars and my family were in attendance. We may do a larger get-together / reception in the near future for more folks.

Brigitte and I again.
Sekishi. As I said earlier/elsewhere these photos continue to add presence of this event in our lives. Ahh, technology, at least the good parts. Thank you. Journey well.
Before I forget, because I don't know if I sufficiently mentioned this during the Ceremony, I want to thank Shokai very much for such careful arrangements in the Japanese garden for Daizan.
You can see Shokai during the Ceremony helping and circling around Daizan at various portions of the Ceremony.
