Schedule Change: Live MONDAY Sit-a-Long

Hi,

I must go into Tokyo for the weekend, so I am postponing our weekly "Live" Sit-a-Long until midnight Monday/Tuesday (that is Monday morning or afternoon for most folks). Of course, it will be available any time after that in recorded form too. I am sorry for any for whom sitting with me is the highlight of their Saturday!

However, in its place, I plan on sitting Zazen tomorrow in one of the busiest parts of Tokyo. It is part of our philosophy around here that Zazen can be sat anywhere, any time ... and while a quiet room is best, the real "quiet" is inside us.

PS - Paul, I do not think I will be able to catch you this trip into Tokyo. Next time?
