Hi All,

When engaged in a long Sesshin, which is something like the chain of days of a Zenathon, it is the middle days which are the hardest sometimes. Far from the enthusiasm of the start, the expectation of the end. Yet it is here when Practice is strongest, finding that inner switch to let us settle in and keep going, forgetting the calendar and just sitting here and now for the sake of here and now.

And so, another day ends, and the next day beings.
