Treeleaf Seeking Assistance: Qualified Yoga Instructor for Online Zazen & Yoga Course

Dear All,

Yoga has become so very popular over the years (even my sister-in-law in Japan in a Practitioner), and several Zen and other Buddhist Sangha have begun offering "Zazen & Yoga" programs combining both as part of special lessons and short retreats. We would like to do so here, online of course. A little yoga exercise, a little Zazen.

If we have any qualified Yoga instructors among our members who might be interested in developing a presenting on online program, probably through Google+, please PM me privately.

It has been said that Zazen is the most basic of all Yoga poses.

Because of physical limitations, I have been doing chair yoga for seniors. This has worked out well, because I cannot get down on the floor. These yoga routines are on YouTube, and some of them combine meditation--some very basic meditation, some of what is not unlike what we practice in zazen. Always the meditation emphasizes stillness, calm, and willingness to work with beginners. I enjoy the routines that last about an hour, and I could not do the floor work. These yoga classes range from 1/2 hour to more than an hour. Much meta and Namaste.
