    Cure my injure!

I cure my old injure by hard Zazen and throw my mind.

I had big injure by alpen skiing 20 years ago!But I cure!

I was at Antaiji and now at Annonji and home.

Antaiji is place of Rawaki and Uchiyama Roshi's style.Sit every day and Long Sesshin every month without moving.

Annonji is place of Harada Sekkei and Inoue Gien Roshi's style.Sitting style is free and sometimes allow moving and melting desire in my mind.

    Both way is Soto Buddhism.

Combinations of them cure my pain.

I just send my voice. Sorry!I will send my opinion later.

And my resource is Jundo's style.
He is always believing my being!

Maybe just all that muscle stretching, exercise cutting trees and carrying rocks at Antaiji and learning to be patient with life's aches and pains? You also look 10 years younger than before Antaiji's physical labor ... a lot more muscles!

    Before ...

After ... (with our Anshu and Annonji Scott, I'm the old fat guy second from left)

The Antaiji Diet Plan! Better than a gym membership.

Konan! Happy with you my friend!

Jundo! You are just an "old fat guy" the same way that Yoda is just a "short dude that lives in a swamp".
