Twitter Sessions anyone?

Hi everyone!

Just wondering if anyone would like to have informal sits over twitter?

I get irregular times to practice, and knowing others around the world are sitting with me would be great!

Ill try to start tonight (about 4pm UTC, midnight my time), on #zendositting . Ill tweet 10 minutes before, and anyone who wants to, can join in!

Also, anyone who wants to, please use the hashtag wenever you want. Hopefully we can get a few more short sessions for us beginners!

Hi Geoff! I would definitely like to do that, but I think that is 12 noon here today and I usually can't get my lunch break until at least 12:30. If I can do it I will join you though!

Kyotai, ill check out G+ tomorrow and im not too sure how to use InsightTimer properly yet, but Ill make a effort to include one at least!

Sierra, no problem, we can easily do that time tomorrow or whenever!

For now Ill just use twitter (#ZendoSitting) and im the Beardy Git .

We usually do group sittings on G+ if that option is available to you. I sit twice a day (9am and 11pm Eastern Time in the US) and I know there are others as well. If you need any help getting that setup, please let me know. For now, here is an FAQ:

As the title suggests, it is also how one attends the weekly and monthly zazenkai, so I'd definitely check it out if you are able.
