I once, about 25 years ago, fell asleep and did a reverse gainer dive backwards, narrowly missing cracking my skull on the tile ground. I think I did a complete flip! I was also most embarrassed!
But I have to hand it to the Japanese: The other folks kept sitting as if nothing had happened! I just got back onto the Zafu, and went from there.
LOL ... I was going to say, glad the wall is there for us Soto folks. But looks like you can still do the backward triple lindy like Jundo described. =)
