Virtual Webcam Solution for the Cam-less

For those of you who want to join in the Video Zendo but don't have a webcam, and want to avoid the BBoM (Blue Box of Mystery), you can install this free virtual webcam for Windows:

I just tried it and it works quite well. Note, you can safely click NO when it asks if you want to install whatever toolbar in your browser it tries to get you to use. After installation, launch ManyCam and click on Sources - Still Images and select an image to represent yourself.

For Mac users, this may work, but I haven't tried it yet:

Again, this is only for people who do NOT have a webcam and want a picture to show up.

Yeh a FAQ would be good Skye. Things like sound problems etc. For instance, I now know that mebeam automatically has you mic on mute when you open the page so you need to click it on on the page.

Does my image only appear when I "enter" the room or, do I need to do something when I enter and leave?
