Forum slow loading

Some folks experiencing a technical non-problem with the forum today. Chris/Seimyo is on the case. In the meantime, consider it internet slow Kinhin.

I kinda like it: Makes me remember the good old days of the 14.4 dialup modem!

Hmmm..it does seem a bit clunky. I'm going to do a little cleanup, but chances are our host is having some technical difficulty.

I performed a little bit of cleanup, but I don't think that was the reason for the slowdown. There's a good chance our host is getting hit with a denial of service attack. It's been happening with relative frequency for many web hosts in recent months. Our host is showing that they are investigating the slowdown at their San Diego data center, so it does in-fact sound like our host is having issues.

Still slow for me.. but it could be n number of things -- I just like to speculate. lol It could be if this is a clustered environment, the load balancer, 1 of the web servers has issues or network latency from a web server to a database. lol

All good practice as one of our Jedi would say :P
