on the main forum page, under "Weekly Friday/Saturday Zazenkai netcasts", is a thread called "Weekly/Monthly Zazenkai Chant Book is Here". You'll find a pdf of the chants we use most often.

What Lisa said If you want to chant daily, just a recommendation, you could chant the metta verse and the Heart Sutra.
