To save all sentient beings, though beings are numberless.
To penetrate reality, though reality is boundless.
To transform all delusion, though delusions are immeasurable.
To attain the enlightened way, a way non-attainable.

As it turns out... the Buddha did it.

Sorry to ruin the ending.

    Cheers,

He's got a weekend retreat/seminar thing coming up about photoraphy and (apparently) water from a Zen perspective. Having seen this, I'm sorrt of intrigued. I'm close enough... maybe I'll go.

        Hey Guys,

I think we will soon have our "First Annual Treeleaf Short Film Festival" in which I will ask folks (not only in Treeleaf, but open to the wider Zen community) to submit short digital films on a Zen/Buddhist theme. Things like Daido Roshi's film, or anything really.

Look for that this summer. I will probably be asking for a couple of volunteers to help coordinate it sometime soon.

        First Prize: NOTHING

Maybe because it's got a universal secret truth behind it.

I've always found that when i encounter reality (absolute, not relative) it just cracks me UP. It's like the big cosmic joke...here i've been searching for Truth and it was right there all along...BA HAHAHAHAHA. I seriously think 'God' is a stand up comedian.
                Peace, ya'll
