      Thank you, Alan. These fellow doing Takuhatsu begging as a scam have been around Tokyo and other Asian cities for years.

      There are actually rules for identifying the scammers ...

          This is sad to see ... if they were in desperate need, then maybe I could understand. But if they are solely out of greed, this is not good. Much metta to them.
