This sounds so lovely! If it started around 5am, I could probably do it, but 7am is in the middle of"kids school work" time for me. However, it IS motivation for me to be up earlier and schedule my own time, that requires more discipline on my part also What a peaceful way to start busy days! Thank you, Shugen!

Beginning tomorrow morning, (June 2nd) I will be sitting Monday through Friday from 7am to 7:30am New York City time. The format is: three bells - 30 minutes of zazen - one bell to signal the end of zazen - three bells (the third stopped by the striker) - Heart Sutra in English - two bells to signal the end.
If you wish to participate for some or all, be on G+ a little before the start time. I will send an invitation to join.
Beginning Monday August 29th the Morning Sit will begin at 6am New York City time and end a little after 6:30am. The format and invitation send out will be the same.
