                    Lovely talk, Fugen. I have seen the same with football teams once they have already been relegated. When the matter of winning or losing is no longer there, they can just get on with the freedom of playing for its own sake.

                          Yes, very good point, "when the matter of winning or losing is no longer there,they can just get on with the freedom of playing for its own sake."
                          When you have nothing to grasp, there will be no grasping and thus "freedom" is achievable.

                            Hello Fugen,

                            thank you for this talk. Looking at my local football (soccer for you American fellows) team's history, well...they are a great example of creating dukkha in the hearts of their fans
