To save all sentient beings, though beings are numberless.
To penetrate reality, though reality is boundless.
To transform all delusion, though delusions are immeasurable.
To attain the enlightened way, a way non-attainable.

yeh it was good.
I had to have a laugh to my self because I suddenly got flash backs to when I was learning to ride unicycle. Just about everything dropped off, I was in a state of pure fear, alternating with my life flashing before my eyes as I contemplated the end
No talk up for today yet and it's nearly my bed time

Dropping notions of body and mind without breathing or mantra crutches is really, really hard. Other forms of meditation (with crutches) are very easy but this Shikantaza is kicking my zafu. I guess because I come from such a intense family.
If I can just do Shikantaza like riding a bike...well....See? I can't just be goal-less. I can't just be. Ahhhhh! :lol:Comment
