    Hi guys,
Be good to sit with you in France. I'll be in Kanshoji for 10 days from August 16th. I have it all booked. There's more information on the Sesshin on their website. It's a Soto-shu recognised training monastery, part of the AZI. Let me know if you plan to attend.

It would be great if a bunch of Treeleafers could make it to Kanshoji, priests in training or priests to be. This sangha is providing what is the closest to an actual Japanese monastic training. Very sincere and dedicated people. Great buildings, a lovely Sodo, dharma hall and great nature around. And plenty of time to practice the traditionnal forms, rituals, oryoki, chanting, kitchen work and so forth. I will send a letter of introduction for you guys.

      Let me know

It looks like I will not be able to make this, so I will be on retreat in my way at home.

                  I am really interested, too.
I will stay in Europe waiting for my next MSF mission between July 20th and August 15th. The problem is that main activities (Summer retreat and preparation) start after those dates (August 17th to 21th). I wonder if a non Kanshoji sangha member could stay in the monastery in the period previous to the main activities?.
I will contact Taigu sensei anyway
