Hello everybody,

I just wanted to drop by and say hello. It feels like it's been forever since I've checked in with treeleaf. I don't know what happened. I've been busy at work, preparing to assume a new position, and busy at home helping my mother move, ect. For whatever reason, I did not check in here for a few weeks.

Funny thing, is I've found it harder to maintain my practice without Treeleaf being part of my routine . . . so hopefully I've learned my lesson.

Glad you are back and impressed that you see the connection to your practice. I have found the same thing to be true for me in terms of Treeleaf as providing a cyber sangha that prompts my practice. I have a wonderful sangha here at the Drepung Loseling Monastery at Emory but there's nothing like an early morning log in to re-mind me of my commitment. As I have been on the road, and will be for the next few months, this is a wonderful community for me. I am grateful.

great point about the role of a sangha in encouraging us to practice. I guess Sangha is one of the three jewels for a reason, lol.
