I have just joined the forum, and Jundo has invited me to introduce myself.
I’m a writer, a retired English professor,and a longtime practitioner of Vipassana and Zen. Until my retirement last year, I taught literature, writing, and classical guitar at Alfred University here in western New York. My areas of concentration were modern poetry and Irish literature. I continue to teach an honors course in Buddhist meditation and to lead the Falling Leaf Sangha, a lay sitting group for students and the community.
