    Insight from Zazen

Recently, during Zazen, I have been realizing that my life has been more about the inner commentary than the actual experience of it. I have also been experiencing the sanctity, if you will of just sitting. Just wanted to share.

Thanks for sharing! I guess what´s left is to keep sitting, right?

But you know, the experience of the "inner commentary" is also our experience. There are times for inner commentary, times to put the inner commentary down ... but sometimes we need the inner commentary.
