Commentaries on Dogen's Uji

Hi folks,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any commentaries on Dogen's Uji. I have a commentary by Kosho Uchiyama and the book, Being-Time: A Practitioner's Guide to Dogen's Shobogenzo Uji by Shinshu Roberts. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Hmm. You have a couple of good resources already, but I would give our teacher's commentary a read in the Zen Master's Dance. I enjoy a solid, academic approach to Dogen, but Jundo's style has been the most helpful to me in life.

These are my words, as a priest in training and regular guy. Please don't take them too seriously.

There's also the book from Dainin Katagiri: Each moment is the universe, although I haven't read I've heard it is really good. Already have it on my list

I completely forgot that Jundo wrote about Uji in the Zen Master's Dance and I think I might have a copy of the Katagiri's book. I will also check for the Dharma talk.

I might still read Shinshu Robert's book but I will read Katagiri's commentary first and see how that goes. Turns out I had a copy in my bookshelf.
