Martin and Rev: I have a great deal of respect for R. Dawkins, particularly for his contributions in evolutionary psychology. I just think that he spends too much text attempting to ridicule religious feeling, which muddles the point he is trying to achieve. It was an interesting read, more so because while I read it, I began to think that my public stance on religion was a bit...arrogant. I removed my "Darwin Fish" from my car's bumper. :wink:

I'd recommend replacing it with a bumper sticker that says "Buddhism: the religion that promises nothing, and delivers."

I don't find that a Darwin fish is arrogant. Moving all the Bibles in the library to the fiction section...well that's another story.
