Hey everyone, I would like to request metta for Sifu Missy Pruden, She is in the hospital and I have heard through the grapevine that she has cancer. This is incredably sad because not only does canser suck really hard, she is a killer lady, and a history maker! She is the first female Sifu in the Black Flag Wing Chun system ever!
