          Thank you for that delicious piece of cake!

          So we attain 'the goal' of Non-Attaining Goallessness, by putting out the fire with that goal in mind.

          I sit often and very regularly, thank you. At regular hours, for the most part, and over 2 hours for the most part.

            Sounds like you are working very hard to get someplace which, in the end, is no place that can be gotten. That can be good or bad, depending on how one is "non-striving striving". Don't overshoot or undershoot the non-target.

            Sitting 4 hours or 8 hours brings one no closer or farther no matter how hard one tries, yet sitting 2 minutes or 2 years may be miles away if trying too hard or not enough. Depends on how one sits.
