Hi everybody,

I am off to a tropical island in Kyushu with my family.
The funzoe kesa is almost finished and I will soon do Takuhatsu to collect oney for the Tsunami wearing it.
I will resume my short talks on the kesa in a week time...Meanwhile, be well!

Indeed Amelia, I have just finished a two weeks sewing retreat and almost finished the Funzoe kesa (6 to 8 hours of sewing a day...).
Now, another kind of retreat.

Your long hours and hard work sewing clearly shows through the beauty of this Okesa! What a wonderful practice! I love that the first time out in it will be to do Takuhatsu for victims of the earthquake.

Congratulations on near completion of your latest Kesa. Hope you are enjoying Kyushu vacation. What would be wonderful after you get back would be if we were to see a picture of you standing on a street doing takuhatsu while wearing this magnificent Kesa. Do you think others in Treeleaf would also like to see this?
