Sitting Along With Jundo

Hi all,

The weekly zazenkai would be starting right about now under normal circumstances, so I'm going to sit in the zen hall and follow the usual schedule:

00:00 – 00:15 CEREMONY (HEART SUTRA in English ONLY) and Dedication
00:15 – 00:45 ZAZEN
00:45 – 00:55 KINHIN
00:55 – 01:25 ZAZEN
01:25 – 01:30 FOUR VOWS, & VERSE OF ATONEMENT

No ceremony though...just silent. If anyone cares to join please do:

Good to see someone carrying the torch in the Sitting Hall. I'll be sitting a previous week's zazenkai in the Hall tomorrow night.

As I have come to do, I will be sitting for zazenkai now at 6 AM on Saturday.

This one goes out for our teachers and the people of Japan. May all be safe and strong to heal and rebuild.
