I've switched between samu, zazen, and yoga today...soon, my little Buddha's will be home from school. So I will be sitting later this evening again too!

My samu consisted of writing the script for a talk on Buddhism next week to year twelve students. Got to get it right it has to be repeated to three groups of 40 - 45 each. 140 potential Buddhas.
