Hi Daniel,

They have a link to the RSS feed (which provides notices of updates and new postings) on the right side of the screen, and you could just click on that. However, it looks to me like it gives updates for all the new postings on the Shambhala Sun blog, not just our little sit-a-longs. I am confirming with the editors there if we can have our own RSS feed.

Anyway, Shambhala Sunspace is a very wonderful and informative source of happenings in the wider Buddhist Sangha.

yeah i have found the RSS feed but it does seem to be for all post there. hoped i could have it embedded in my google and follow just treeleaf.
