Thanks and sincere best wishes to Jundo, Taigu, and all of the Sangha.

This season marks the end of my first year of sitting. A year of beginning to accept change and occasionally forgetting to worry. A year of learning.

This has only been possible because of the gift of time and wisdom from Jundo and Taigu.
