      Thank you! My situation has been educational in regards to understanding that nothing lasts. I’m currently reading Kosho Uchiyama’s “How to Cook your Life: From the Zen Kitchen to Enlightenment” and it’s been really good.

        One of the things I've been doing of late is going back and re-reading my OPs and reading the responses. I don't know if anybody else does this, but it's interesting (I highly recommend it!). My life is in a different place than it was last year (well, technically it's different all the time!) so I find it helpful. It seems that you can gleen different insights doing this.
