I think my problem is I have a zafu, but no zabuton. I've tried most postures

I use a little dog mattress underneath the zafu, no zabuton either. The angling of the zafu can help tremendously, and some other tiny tricks for posture.
If you think I could help with any of the posture issues, I’d be happy to meet you on a quick zoom and we can have a look.

That could be very helpful! Thank you! I'm at work right now and live on the East coast of the US. Maybe we could do a zoom call on the weekend?

Send me a private message whenever you want to do it. I am in Europe, Madrid time. I’m sure we’ll figure it out.
