    Today, Friday, December 1st, 2023, our Sangha welcomes a new novice priest through the ritual of 'Shukke Tokudo' Homeleaving Ordination. You are invited to witness the event here ...




    As is typical of our Sangha, the ceremony will be conducted simultaneously in various places around the world ... dropping all thought of here and there, now and then ... with the Preceptor (Jundo) in Japan, and our Ordainee, DOSHIN RANDY GRAY in the United States, all as witnessed by their fellow Priests and our Sangha members in many countries.

    The exact time of the Ceremony is as follows:

    9AM in New York, 6AM in California, 2PM in London, 3PM in Paris, and 11PM in Japan, all FRIDAY

    Please know that the warm hearts of everyone witnessing the ceremony from home are present with us during the Ceremony. You are with us all in this time of celebration.

              Congratulations Doshin. You are a wonderful addition to team Treeleaf. Unfortunately work got in the way so only was able to see the last half. I will go back and see the first half later today but I was certainly there in spirit.
