More news on that soon. We will surely do something special for "Buddha's Birthday", which is April 8th in Japan (he was born other days in other places).

The wonderful thing about our Zazenkai unlike any others I know ... is that they are available any time.

I was worried that being sick would interfere with this sitting, but I think I can make it through for the 4 hours.

I was considering to do something a bit more elaborate for "Buddha's Birthday", such as a 1 day event, but I will keep it as a normal monthly 4 hour Zazenkai.

Hi all

haven't been around a lot lately - due to work and family pressures. Hope to post more often soon.

Can't make the live sitting today as I will be visiting my father in hospital - but I also hope to sit with the recorded zazenkai tomorrow.

I never sit live, becuse of work.
But when i sit it's good to know that you're all sitting with me.
