Dear All,
I would like to introduce the little zine of M. Elias Hiebert, the Meditation Funnies, which he charges nothing for, staples together himself, mails out in envelopes with stamps mostly, and refuses to brag about. He mailed me a few all the way to Japan!
He does have a few online, also given for free. Seems like he has been making these for years, cause that is what he does. He's says he is not a pro artist, just someone who loves doing this and sharing. Some are pretty good, some just kinda alright, some are great, some stupendous, some are profound insights, some are real mysterious head scratchers, some very personal to the artist, some are ROFL, some convey Bodhisattva-Grade Universal Timeless Truths ... many truly nail Zazen! You can access some of his stuff here:
A few free volumes to view here:
Some of my favorites ...
