    If I live to 80, I have 6570 days of zazen left.
    Who knows, there may be fewer days, or more.

            The older you get the longer it takes to recover from vigorous activity. Which is actually a good thing. It’s like an old battery that discharges quickly and charges slowly.

              The time spent sitting zazen is not deducted from your life span.
              Not a lot of people know that.
