    Hi,

I will try to have a Kinhin video demonstration on the "sit-a-long" today or tomorrow. The one I did previously is now gone gone away.

        Re: Kinhin

        Hi Daniel,

I recorded a rather detailed explanation of Kinhin, plus entering the Zendo, sitting down, etc. The explanation is around 15 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of Kinhin with some additional explanations included during and at the end of that.

Please let me know if anything is unclear.

By the way, I am very happy to see that my endorsement of Obama pushed him over the top! Let's hope that good things come from that, although society will continue to have many problems so long as the Greed, Anger and Ignorance are rampant.
