    Sesshin

I sat 7days Sesshin at Tenryuji.

I will keep on sitting Sesshin for few months from this time.

Few years ago when I was at Antaiji,I sat every month.

Very good for body and mind.

Sometimes I feel very hard but good for me.

    Sat today

I note the 2am wake-up for Zazen, and the "lights out" 9pm at night. In some Zen places, even that is considered luxurious.

Isn’t waking up at 3 am like standard at Eiheiji?

That's only 5 hours of sleep, I'm always amazed by people who can do that and still function, I struggle with only 7 hours of sleep...
