    TFCDO question

So according to the TWELVE-FOLD CHAIN OF DEPENDENT ORIGINATION, can a definition of Zen practice be stated as:

An experiential understanding of the TFCDO.

Or, a constant cycle in which understanding, experience, and knowledge is included?

To save all sentient beings, though beings are numberless.
To penetrate reality, though reality is boundless.
To transform all delusion, though delusions are immeasurable.
To attain the enlightened way, a way non-attainable.
